Meet Jake
Jake Werner is the owner and craftsman of Oak Roots. He is a self taught woodworker who has had a passion for building and working with his hands from a very young age. Along the way, his interests for building have taken him from creating furniture to finding a deep appreciation for timber frame as well and post and beam structures. Jake has been able to fine tune his skills and techniques from hands on learning to generous amounts of research so that he can create quality structures.
Not only is his goal to create custom pieces, but also to reintroduce you to the timber frame style craftsmanship and quality that our culture has lost focus on.
